Villa Casita al Sol is a bungalow situated in the North of Lanzarote in a small holiday village called Charco del Palo, near the village of Mala, near Jameos del Agua, Cuevas de los Verdes and the Cactus Garden. The bungalow is on the top of a hill at the entrance of the village with a superb view to the sea from its terrace. It is privately owned and maintained. It is a two minute walk to the nearest supermarket in the centre of Charco del Palo and a three minute walk to the sea.

Charco del Palo has been a naturist resort for about 25 years. There are now four restaurants, a commercial centre featuring a supermarket, a car hire outlet, a boutique, a beauty parlour and late night bar. For walkers, it is possible to walk through the sand dunes for up to two miles in the direction towards Arrieta which is a great fishing village with several good fish restaurants.

There is also a protected cove, a singular, original swimming place, a wind protected, small peninsula where bathers and divers meet. If the sea is too rough you can swim in a natural sea water pool in the rocks. Casita al Sol is the perfect retreat for those who want to get away from it all.

Interior
The bungalow consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. The living room with its panorama window to the terrace and the sea view has a Cesar manrique styled wall board and an opening to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridgefreezer, electric oven and coffee machine. The double bedroom features a Canarian style double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed.
There is a portable CD-radio-cassette-Player.

Exterior
There is an outside built-in seating area in a wind protected terrace next to a mature garden with hibiscus flowers and oleander trees. The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining or sunbathing.

Towels and linen are provided.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa building for your own safety.

Prices
40 Euros per day for two persons (the house is the most comfortable if there are only two persons)
an additional 60 Euros is charged for cleaning and linen.
[We also take a damage deposit of 150 Euros, to be paid at the time of booking. This will be refunded at the end of your stay.]

The full amount has to be transferred at reservation.
