Villa Atlantica is a large and spacious 2 storey villa which has only recently been completed and furnished in September 2005.

Although only a 10/15 minute stroll to the very centre of Costa Teguise it is in a quiet location so perfect for families who like the best of both worlds. View google map location. There are of course local shops and cafes nearby within a 2 minute walk.

The villa is set back from the road behind gardens and the whole property is walled for security and privacy. There is a front locking gate with intercom facility. Villa Atlantica is right next door to Villa Clara , which is ideal for large parties who want to holiday together but value their independence and space.

Exterior
The mosaic tiled pool is located at the front of the villa. There is a dining table under the front pergola for alfresco dining plus sun loungers with cushions on the terrace. A gas BBQ is located by the pool. For your convenience there is an outside shower for cooling off or for use after the beach.

Interior
The accommodation comprises an entrance way leading to a spacious living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge has modern comfortable corner suite with satellite TV and DVD player with a minimum of 20 recent films available. Also books and some board games are provided.

The dining area has a large table to seat 8 when necessary. The kichen is fully fitted with full oven, large fridge/freezer ceramic hob and all usual small appliances. There is also an outer utility area with washing machine and drying area. On the ground floor there are 2 of the bedrooms, each with twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with bath/shower, loo and wash hand basin.

Upstairs are a further two bedrooms which each have patio doors opening to the spacious veranda with beautiful views to the Atlantic ocean. This veranda is also furnished for sunbathing or enjoying a cool breeze and the wonderful views. The master bedroom has a double bed and ample fitted wardrobes also a safe and hairdryer are provided here. The fourth bedroom with its access to the veranda is equipped for dual use as a sun lounge or bedroom. There is a sofa bed for 2 people here. For smaller parties however this is the place to enjoy a cool drink and watch the sunset or take an afternoon break from the sun.There is a great cd/radio sound system here and a drinks fridge. The second bathroom is on this floor and comprises shower cubicle, double sink, loo and bidet.

Villa Atlantica is therefore a comfortable, well equipped holiday home for up to eight people. Villa Atlantica is managed by the owners and is highly recommended by previous guests.

Service
Maid service is once a week with a mid week towel change. There is an additional poolside towel provided for each guest. Also a complimentary welcome pack consisting of tea,coffee,milk,mineral water and a bottle of wine.

Cot and high chair is available on request.

Vacate by 10.00 AM

No stag parties or similar. Smoking not permitted within the villa building.
